Having coached senior leaders she is experienced in providing the space and tools needed to realise solutions and ideas. She uses a range of techniques in her coaching practice which include the GROW model and various CBT approaches.
She has supported people through various challenges in their lives. Those who have experienced loss, mental health issues, addictions and lack of self esteem and direction.
Supporting people to find a better work life balance, those who are considering a review of their personal skills with a view to changing jobs or starting on a new vocational path.
Courses can be booked in blocks of 6 x 45 minutes or a one off 90 minute session.
