I began my career in the Leisure and Tourism sector in my early twenties, working in busy hotels on the Dorset coast. A typical lifestyle in this sector of working and playing hard meant I had to re-evaluate my life following a period of burn out.
Little did I know but this experience was to be pivotal in how my career continued. After a short break I returned to work in the not-for-profit sector, where I continued my career in as a CEO for a local Mind charity, also embarking on a two year course to become a qualified fundraiser with Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
With a passion to share my skills about management and mental health more widely I founded Marsha Miles Consultancy in 2014 with a desire to use my skills to improve the world around me.
Over the years I have been focusing on developing the key services that our clients find most helpful, these include the creation of our Funding Pack, Business Workshops and Coaching Programmes.
Living with my family, a short drive to the beautiful South Devon coastline gives me an opportunity to ensure I can continue to achieve that perfect work / life balance.
